Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream (if using), and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or preferably overnight. This helps them set and makes slicing easier.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap the rolls. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh chives or green onions, if desired, and serve immediately.
