Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream (if using), and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or preferably overnight. This helps them set and makes slicing easier.
- Once chilled, unwrap the rolls. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh chives or green onions, if desired, and serve immediately.
